‘Protest Garden: Building Civic Power’ is a sensory exploration into righteous rebellion and the reactions that bubble forth when people Take it to the Streets! This immersive installation offers space to learn more about the roots and wings of activism; and reflect on past protests and future movements that happen in proximity to the National Mall in Washington DC. Witness picket signs, activist art, and a birds eye look at marches that lead to the outspoken community response that arises during protests. With an unapologetic approach, this exhibit serves as a creative output answering the questions that haunt us after every injustice, abuse, uprising and direct action: What have I done?  What should I do?  What can we do?
