Lifetime Members

On November 1, 1864, the State of Maryland became the first state to voluntarily emancipate African Americans by popular vote through the state emancipation law.  In recognition of this event, the PGAAMCC offered a lifetime membership beginning in 2014, the 150th emancipation anniversary.  The list below represents the class of 2014 and 2015.  Thank you for believing in our mission and becoming members of our amazing institution.
