The Prince George’s African American Museum and Cultural Center invites you to honor an African American ancestor, leader or loved one who has passed away for any reason.

For your donation of $250 or more, a commemorative plant marker will be placed in the PGAAMCC Memorial Garden in front of the museum for 2020-2022; and the names will be painted on the “Our Roots Are Revolutionary!” mural outside of the museum. Your donation will support our museum’s youth & family programs and exhibits.

• You will receive a commemorative digital donation certificate.

• The name of your loved one will be acknowledged during our virtual Kwanzaa candlelight ceremony.

• The memorial garden and mural will be installed for the calendar year January 2020-2022.
